Sale and Leaseback

Sale and leaseback transactions enable operators to raise substantial funds for corporate purposes and to avoid the residual value risks inherent in helicopter ownership.

In a sale and leaseback, the starting point is a helicopter owned or financed by an operator. Lobo purchases this helicopter from the operator for a lump sum cash payment. It is then immediately leased back to the operator.
